Refund policy

Items sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable; if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@teerepository.com so that we can evaluate the issue and either issue a refund or send a replacement free of charge.

We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund. If the request is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
